Terms of Purchase

1. Placing an Order

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, options, and package contents before ordering. Provide a complete delivery address and accurate contact details. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order; acceptance is confirmed when we send the shipping confirmation.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items, including associated shipping charges.

2. Prices and Payment

The checkout identifies the payment currency, product charges, shipping fees, discounts, and applicable taxes collected by us before you submit payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Any import charges payable by the recipient must be disclosed before purchase. We will not request an undisclosed additional payment as a condition of dispatch.

3. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and complete order information is received. Estimated transit is 10–20 business days after dispatch, making the usual estimated total 11–23 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays affecting fulfillment or delivery. Shipping availability is determined by the address entered at checkout. Orders may use overseas or partner fulfillment facilities; a U.S. delivery address does not imply U.S. dispatch.

4. Cancellation and Order Changes

Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation or an address change. We will cancel an unshipped order if we can stop fulfillment. No cancellation fee applies. Once an order has shipped, address changes may be unavailable and returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law. Bank posting times may vary.

5. Delayed Shipment and Delivery Problems

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available, and request your agreement to wait or offer cancellation with a full refund. If we do not obtain required consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped portion as required by law.

For lost, damaged, or undelivered packages, contact support. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. A “Delivered” scan alone does not automatically close a non-delivery claim.

6. Returns and Refunds

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and complete, with original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Reasonable inspection is allowed.

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost. No restocking fee applies.

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received, with inspection completed within that period. Faster legal deadlines take precedence.

7. Assembly and Use

Follow the product’s assembly, installation, care, and load-limit instructions. Do not infer a weight capacity from an image. Contact support if instructions or required parts are missing.

8. Consumer Rights

These purchase terms do not limit non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable law. The terms disclosed when your order was placed govern that order.
